Celem projektu jest wprowadzenie nowych produktów w firmie "Eldora" aby firma miała możliwość oferowania niespotykanych na rynku regionalnym produktów. Pozwoli to nam być bardziej konkurencyjnym zakładem w stosunku do dużych regionalnych piekarni oraz umożliwi nam utrzymanie się na rynku a w dalszej perspektywie na rozwój i kolejne inwestycje. Aby cel ten osiągnąć niezbędne jest dokonanie zakupu maszyn i urządzeń do produkcji w tym zwłaszcza nowoczesnego pieca wsadowego. Dzięki tej inwestycji będziemy mogli produkować ciasta na bazie mąki orkiszowej oraz ciasta z nadzieniem z zielonych warzyw tj: szpinak , por, koperek i tp. Wszystkie produkty będą mogły być wzbogacone serem feta i naturalną przyprawą, tj. solą himalajska. Ciasta tego typu będzie można jeść na ciepło i na zimno, co znacząco rozszerzy możliwości sprzedaży a więc i bazę potencjalnych klientów. (Polish)

The purpose of the project is to introduce new products in the ‘Eldora’ company, in order to offer the company an opportunity to offer unprecedented products on the regional market. This will allow us to be a more competitive establishment for large regional bakers and allow us to keep on the market and in the longer term for development and further investment. In order to achieve this objective, it is necessary to purchase machinery and equipment to produce, in particular, a modern input furnace. Thanks to this investment, we will be able to produce dough based on spelt flour and dough from green vegetables tj: spinach, por, kopek and tp. All products will be able to be enriched with a feta cheese and natural dimmer, i.e. ‘Himalayan salt’. It will be possible to eat heat and cold, which will significantly expand the possibilities for sales and therefore the base of potential customers. (English)
