Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie szczycieńskim. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 stycznia 2019 r. do 30 czerwca 2020 r. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez aktywizację zawodową 233 osób bezrobotnych, opartą na realizacji następujących usług i instrumentów rynku pracy: 1) szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia lub uzupełnienia kwalifikacji lub kompetencji zawodowych - 31 osób, 2) staże umożliwiające uzyskanie doświadczenia zawodowego - 38 osób, 3) subsydiowanie zatrudnienia w ramach prac interwencyjnych - 144 osoby, 4) refundacja kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy - 20 osób, 5) dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej - 25 osób. Więcej niż jedną formą wsparcia zostanie objętych 25 osób. Projektem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Szczytnie, należące przynajmniej do jednej z wymienionych niżej kategorii osób: - długotrwale bezrobotni - min. 59 osób, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - min. 10 osób, - osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej - min. 24 osoby, - kobiety - min. 119 osób, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - min. 140 osób. Rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez min. 45% uczestników projektu. (Polish)

The project will run from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2020. the project objectives will be achieved through the activation of 233 unemployed people, based on the following services and labour market measures: (1) training leading to the acquisition or addition of professional qualifications or competences — 31 persons, 2) traineeships for gaining work experience — 38 persons, 3) subsidising employment in intervention work — 144 persons, 4) refunding the cost of retrofitting work stations — 20 persons, 5) start-up grants for 25 people. More than one support will be allocated to 25 people. The project will cover persons aged 30 and over (from 30 births), registered as unemployed in the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: Long-term unemployed — min 59 people, people with disabilities — min. 10 people, elderly people aged 50 and over — min. 24 people, — women — min 119 people, — people with low qualifications — min. 140 people. The project will result in a minimum of 45 % of the project participants taking up employment or self-employment. (English)
