Projekt obejmuje rewitalizację pięciu budynków komunalnych w Rynie (ul. Kopernika 12, Kościuszki 7, Nowickiego 3, Partyzantów 3, Traugutta 3) oraz zagospodarowanie przyjaznej przestrzeni publicznej wokół tych budynków, remont elewacji (docieplenie), dachów oraz części wspólnych budynków (stolarki okiennej, drzwiowej, instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnej, gazowych, elektrycznych), zmiana sposobu ogrzewania na gazowe, uporządkowanie istniejącego terenu poprzez budowę miejsc spotkań, integracji, placów zabaw, skwerów, zieleńców itp. Poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców poprzez uporządkowanie istniejącego terenu oraz poprawa stanu technicznego budynków i stworzenie miejsc spotkań mieszkańców w obszarze objętym rewitalizacją. Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Ryn na działkach o numerach ewidencyjnych 1-134/1 i 1-134/2 (ul. Kopernika 12), 1-141/10, 1-141/18, 1-141/22 (ul. Kościuszki 7), 1-20/2, 1-21/11 (ul. Nowickiego), 1-31/19, 1-34 (ul. Partyzantów 3), 1-64/8 (ul. Traugutta 3) w zakresie: - rewitalizacja budynku komunalnego, - remont budynku gospodarczego, - budowa wiaty rekreacyjnej o konstrukcji drewnianej, - ciągi utwardzone (chodniki, dojazdy, schody), zieleń, ogrodzenie terenu, - plac zabaw (piaskownica i bujak sprężynowy), - mała architektura: ławki, kosze na śmieci, trzepak, solarne latarnie LED. Ze względu na usytuowanie terenu zaproponowano materiały nawiązujące do sąsiadującej architektury, tradycji budowlanej regionu oraz przepisów nadrzędnych, zwłaszcza przy remoncie budynków (oprócz budynku przy ulicy Partyzantów 3), które znajdują się w ewidencji zabytków i są objęte nadzorem konserwatora zabytków. Celem projektu jest promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją poprzez rewitalizację tkanki budowlanej – przede wszystkim mieszkaniowej, wyposażenie w nowoczesne rozwiązania techniczne, podniesienie jakości przestrzeni publicznych, społecznych i tym samym projekt wpisuje się w założenia SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. Kopernika 12, Kościuszki 7, Nowicki 3, Partyzantów 3, Trauutta 3), and the development of a public space around these buildings, the renovation of the façade (insulation), the roofs and parts of the common buildings (window frames, doors, plumbing, gas, electricity), change in the mode of heating into gas, the cleaning up of the existing site by the construction of meetings, integration, playgrounds, walls, weirs, etc. Improving the quality of life of the inhabitants by cleaning up the existing site and improving the technical condition of the buildings and creating a meeting place for residents in the area to be regenerated. The project will be carried out in Ryn on parcels bearing registration numbers 1-134/1 and 1-134/2 (ul. Kopernika 12), 1-141/10, 1-141/18, 1-141/22 (ul. Kościuszki 7), 1-20/2, 1-21/11 (ul. NOWICKI), 1-31/19, 1-34 (ul. Guerrillas 3), 1-64/8 (ul. Trauutta 3), as regards: — revitalisation of the municipal building, — renovation of the economic building — construction of a wooden construction for a wooden structure, — paved roads (pavements, entrances, stairs), green fencing, ground fencing, — playground (sandbox and spring), — small architecture: benches, waste bins, depleted, solar lamps. In view of the location of the site, it has been proposed to refer to the neighbouring architecture, the construction tradition of the region and the overriding provisions, in particular in the renovation of buildings (in addition to the Partyzantów building 3), which are listed in the Register of Monuments and are under the supervision of a monument. The aim of the project is to promote social inclusion, combat poverty and any discrimination by revitalising construction, in particular housing, providing modern technical solutions, improving the quality of public spaces, social spaces and the same project as part of the definition of the 2014-2020 ROP ROP.
