Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja terenu zieleni pn. Ogród Róż przy ul. 3-go Maja w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim. Zakres projektu: 1.Studium wykonalności/biznes plan: 1.1 Opr. SW i wniosku o dofinans. 2.Prace przygotowaw.: 2.1 Opr. dokumen. projekt.-kosztor. 2.2 Przeprowadzenie wyprzedzających badań archeolog. 3.Roboty bud. 4.Nadzór w projekcie: 4.1 Nadzór inwestorski 4.2. Nadzór archeolog. 5.Promocja projektu: 5.1 Wykonanie tablic inform. i pamiąt. 5.2 Publikacja informacji o projekcie w prasie lokalnej. Przyjęty zakres projektu w pełni umożliwi realizację założonych celów. Projekt będzie wdrażany w oparciu o istniejące struktury organizacyjne Urzędu Miejskiego w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim. Poszczególne komórki organizacyjne będą odpowiedzialne za: 1Koordynowanie projektu: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/ Kierownik 2Przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie zamówień publ.: Ref. Budżetu i Finansów/Z-ca Kierownika 5Promocja projektu: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/Podinspektor 6Przygotowanie wniosków o płatność oraz rozliczenie dotacji: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/Podinspektor 7Monitoring rezultatów projektu oraz sprawozdawczość wobec IŻ: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/Podinspektor 8Zarządzanie powstałą infrastrukturą: Ref. Mienia Komunalnego i Ochrony Środowiska / Kierownik Cele projektu są zgodne z celem tematycznym 9 realizowanym w ramach osi priorytetowej nr 8. Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji RPO WiM 2014-2020. Projekt wpisuje się w Działanie 8.1 i jego cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Przedmiotowa inwestycja ma charakter rewitalizacyjny i jest wpisana do Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji gminy miejskiej Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. (Polish)

The agreed scope of the project will make it possible to achieve the objectives set. The project will be implemented on the basis of the existing organisational structures of the Municipal Office in Nowy Lubawski. The individual organisational cells will be responsible for: 1Coordination of the project: Planning and Investment/Manager 2 Preparation and Procurement of Public Procurement: Planning and investment/administrative practice 3Partial and final budget work: Ref. planning and investment/Manager 4 Financial economy of the project (invoicing, payments): Ref. budget and Finance/Deputy Manager 5Promotion of the project: Ref. planning and investment/Subinspector 6 preparation of payment applications and statement of the grant: Ref. planning and investment/inspector 7Monitoring project results and reporting on the EIF: Ref. planning and investment/Sub-inspector 8Management of existing infrastructure: Ref. Komunalny and Environmental Protection/Manager Objectives of the project are in line with the thematic objective 9 of priority axis 8. Areas requiring the revitalisation of the 2014-2020 ROP ROP. The project is in line with Action 8.1 and its specific objective: Improved quality of life for communities living in problem areas. The investment concerned is a regeneration project and is registered in the Local Realisation Programme of the Municipality of Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. (English)
