Cele projektu zbieżne z celami strategicznymi województwa oraz gospodarki niskoemisyjnej, w tym: zwiększona produkcja energii ze źródeł odnawialnych oraz ograniczenie emisji CO2 i innych szkodliwych pyłów. Infrastruktura w projekcie będzie współpracowała z istniejąca siecią. Energia będzie przeznaczona na potrzeby własne obiektu a w części na sprzedaż. Zarządzający tą infrastrukturą (wnioskodawca) będzie współpracował z operatorem sieci (w zakresie części energii przeznaczonej na sprzedaż). Celem działań w projekcie jest uruchomienie produkcji energii z oze (potrzeby własne i sprzedaż), wpływ na redukcję emisji CO2 i innych pyłów (PM10, PM 2,5 i innych), wzrost wykorzystania OZE w produkcji energii (przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną i zmniejszenie udziału energii konwencjonalnej). Cele projektu zostały jasno określone i wynikają ze zdefiniowanych problemów interesariuszy projektu, w tym potrzeb wnioskodawcy( zastąpienie energii pobieranej z sieci energią z instalacji oze, obniżenie kosztów bieżących). Cele w projekcie określone zostały mierzalnymi wskaźnikami produktu i rezultatu zgodnymi z celem działania RPO WŁ. Projekt zapewnia spadek emisji CO2 i innych pyłów (jako suma: redukcji i emisji unikniętej) a tym samym posłuży poprawie realizacji celów strategicznych, w tym celów RPO WŁ. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: montaż modułów fotowoltaicznych (99 kW 2 szt., 40 kW 5 szt. oraz 5 kW), inwerterów, okablowanie, konstrukcji nośnej. Ogółem projekt wyniesie 1920806,70 zł netto (2362592,24 zł brutto) wyd. kwalifikowane projektu 1920806,70 zł. Realizacja projektu obejmuje fazę budowy oraz eksploatacji (3 lat od daty płatności końcowej). Projekt ma wpływ na zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych co jest zgodne z zapisami SZOOP woj. Łódzkiego. W projekcie zastosowano koncepcję projektowania uniwersalnego – efekty projektu są w największym stopniu użyteczne dla wszystkich odbiorców (interesariuszy projektu). Project objectives aligned with the region’s strategic objectives and the low carbon economy, including: increased production of renewable energy and CO2 and other harmful dust emissions. The infrastructure in the project will work with the existing network. The energy will be used for the own purpose of the plant and, in part, for sale. The manager of that infrastructure (the applicant) will cooperate with the network operator (for the part of the energy intended for sale). The project aims at mobilising energy production from oze (own needs and sales), the impact on the reduction of CO2 emissions and other particulates (PM10, PM 2,5 and others), an increase in the use of RES in energy production (transition to a low-carbon economy and a reduction in the share of conventional energy). The objectives of the project have been clearly defined and stem from the identified problems of the project stakeholders, including the needs of the applicant (replacement of energy from the installation with an installation with a reduction in running costs). The objectives of the project are set out in measurable output and result indicators in line with the objective of the ROP RDP. The project ensures a decrease in CO2 and other dust emissions (as the sum of: reduction and avoided emissions) and thereby contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives, including the objectives of the ROP ROP. The scope of the project includes: installation of photovoltaic modules (99 kW 2.40 kW 5 and 5 kW), inverters, cabling and superstructure. In total, the project will amount to PLN 1920806,70 net (PLN 2362592,24 gross) of the eligible project of PLN 1920806,70. The project shall be carried out under the construction and operation phases (3 years from the date of the final payment). The project has an impact on increasing the production of energy from renewable sources, which is in line with the provisions of the Region’s SZOOP. Łódzkie.
