Projekt stanowi uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez szkoły. Diagnoza została przeprowadzona w IX 2016r. przez obie szkoły oraz zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący. Wnioski z diagnozy zostały przedstawione w pkt. IV.2 wniosku o dofinansowanie. Wszystkie działania projektowe będą prowadzone z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów i nauczycieli objętych wsparciem i wynikają z diagnozy szkół. Celem projektu będzie rozwój kompetencji kluczowych matematyczno-przyrodniczych, językowych, informatycznych oraz kształtowanie postaw sprzyjających kreatywności, przedsiębiorczości wśród 291 ucz (142dz 149chł) oraz podwyższenie kompetencji zawodowych 30 nauczycieli (25 K 5M) Szkoły Podstawowej w Czyżewie i Szkoły Podstawowej w Rosochatem Kościelnem do 30.06.2019r. Grupa docelowa projektu to 291 ucz (142 dz i 149 ch) uczących się w Szkole Podstawowej w Czyżewie i Szkole Podstawowej w Rosochatem Kościelnem. Z Czyżewa będzie 219 ucz (108dz 111chł), a z Rosochatego Kościelnego 72 ucz (28dz 44chł).Grupą docelową będzie także 30 nauczycieli, (25K 5M) SP w Czyżewie bądź SP w Rosochatem Kościelnem, którzy wezmą udział w szkoleniu efektywne formy i metody pracy z uczniami na zajęciach przy wykorzystaniu narzędzi TIK. Zadania realizowane w ramach projektu: zajęcia wyrównawcze, koła zainteresowań, zajęcia psychologiczno-pedagogiczne, szkolenia dla nauczycieli, doposażenie pracowni szkolnych, doradztwo zawodowe. Wskaźniki rezultatu: 1. liczba szkół, w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 2 szkoły. 2. liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 291 ucz (142dz 149chł). 3. liczba szkół wykorzystujących sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 2 szkoły. 4. liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 30 naucz (25K 5M). All project activities will be carried out taking into account the individual needs for development and education as well as the psycho-physical capacities of the students and teachers supported and resulting from the diagnosis of the schools. The aim of the project will be to develop key competences in mathematics and science and develop attitudes conducive to creativity, entrepreneurship among the 291 ears (142dz. 149d) and to enhance the professional competences of 30 teachers (25 K 5M) of the Primary School in Reading and Primary School to 30.06.2019. The target group is 291 ears (142 dz and 149 ch) of the Project Group in the Primary School in Reading and the Primary School in Rosochas Church. The target audience will be 219 (108 out of 111) and with Rosochate Kościelna 72 (28dz 44chu).The target group will also be 30 teachers, (25K 5M) SP in the reader or SP in Rosochatal who will take part in the training of effective forms and working methods with pupils using ICT tools. Project tasks: remedial classes, circles of interest, psychological and pedagogical activities, teacher training, educational equipment for teachers, career counselling. Result indicators: 1. the number of schools where the staff are used for the provision of educational activities — 2 schools. 2. the number of students who acquired the key competences after leaving the programme — 291 urine (142dz 149chu). 3. the number of schools using ICT equipment to run educational activities — 2 schools. 4. the number of teachers who obtained their qualifications and/or skills after leaving the programme — 30 lessons (25K 5M).
