Projekt skierowany jest do 20 mieszkańców powiatu bartoszyckiego w wieku 15-29 lat w 80% pozostających bez pracy, nie uczących się ani nie biorących udział w kształceniu ustawicznym - młodzież NEET(z wyłączeniem os. zarejestrowanych w Powiatowych Urzędach Pracy) oraz w 20% należących do osób pracujących, znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji (tzw. ubodzy pracujący, osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych), a jego celem jest zwiększenie szans zatrudnienia tych osób poprzez realizację indywidualnej ścieżki aktywizacji zawodowej do końca VIII.2019 r.Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe, uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe lub zdobyć kompetencje i staże w zakładach pracy, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu). Szczególnie mile widziane są osoby niepełnosprawne, z niskimi kwalifikacjami, kobiety i mieszkańcy miasta Bartoszyce. (Polish)

The project targets up to 20 inhabitants of the district of bartoszyce, aged 15-29, with 80 % of the unemployed, those not in employment, education or training, and 20 % of those in vulnerable situations (working poor, persons employed in short-term contracts), with the aim of improving their employment prospects through the implementation of an individual path for activation by the end of VIII.2019. the project provides for a comprehensive and tailor-made approach to each participant by offering a wide catalogue of forms of support (from career guidance and finding individual career paths, through training to acquire professional qualifications, acquire professional qualifications or acquire competences and traineeships at the workplace and through employment and employment intermediation).Disabled people, women and people living in Bartoszyce are particularly welcome.
