Celem projektu jest nabycie wiedzy i umiejętności zawodowych 110kobiet/mężczyzn z woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu kursy z branży gastronomicznej:barmański,baristyczny i carving wraz z branżowym językiem angielskim dla gastronomii w okresie VI.2018-VIII.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: organizację i przeprowadzenie 3 kursów prowadzących do podniesienia kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji. Odbiorcami wsparcia są osoby dorosłe z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą. Są to następujące kursy: kurs barmański, kurs baristyczny, kurs carving oraz branżowy kurs j.angielskiego dla gastronomii. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na dostosowanie kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych osób dorosłych do potrzeb rynku pracy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to acquire the knowledge and professional skills of 110women/men from Zwara-Warminsko-Mazurskie by means of a project in the sector gastronomicznej:barmański,baristyczny and living together with the commercial English language for the catering in the VI.2018-VIII.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following activities/tasks: organisation and holding of 3 courses leading to a higher qualification and/or competence. The recipients of support are adults, on their own initiative, interested in raising the professional competences and skills that they study, work or reside within the meaning of the Civil Code, in the area of Warminsko-Mazurskie, to the exclusion of persons carrying out an economic activity. These courses are as follows: the bar heading, the baristic course, the living course, and the professional English-language training course for the catering industry. Implementation of the project is expected to translate into an adaptation of the skills and skills of adults to the needs of the labour market. (English)
