Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie dostępności i jakości edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie miasta Jawor. Na podstawie danych zastanych oraz wywiadów z 20 rodzicami oraz 2 wywiadów z nauczycielkami przedszkolnymi wnioskodawca ustalił m.in. :-w roku szkolnym 2016/17 ponad 40 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym znalazło się poza listami rankingowymi i tym samym nie dostało się do żadnego z publicznych przedszkoli, a minimum 5 dzieci zostało objętych opieką przedszkolną, ale przestało uczęszczać do przedszkoli z powodu problemów adaptacyjnych,-rodzice, których dzieci uczęszczają do przedszkoli w Jaworze, najsłabiej oceniają zdolności przedszkola do budowania postaw prozdrowotnych u dzieci oraz zdolność do wspierania rozwoju emocjonalnego dzieci,-znacząca część rodziców ocenia jako przeciętną współpracę przedszkoli z rodzicami oraz uwzględnianie opinii rodziców przez przedszkola.Niedostateczna dostępność edukacji przedszkolnej negatywnie wpływa w skali mikro na możliwości i wybory zawodowe rodziców, zwłaszcza kobiet, które zazwyczaj sprawują opiekę nad dziećmi. W skali makro przekłada się na sytuację ekonomiczną regionu, województwa, kraju. Dodatkowo w świetle badan prowadzonych na terenie Unii Europejskiej i Polski uczestnictwo w edukacji przedszkolnej bezpośrednio przekłada się na wyższe osiągnięcia szkolne, a w następstwie zawodowe.W związku z powyższym wnioskodawca zaplanował stworzenie 25 nowych miejsc przedszkolnych, objęcie dzieci zajęciami dodatkowymi z zakresu zdrowego stylu życia i rozwoju emocjonalnego, objęcie 2 nauczycielek wychowania przedszkolnego wsparciem edukacyjnym z zakresu komunikacji, współpracy i włączaniu rodziców w procesy decyzyjne przedszkola. On the basis of legacy data and interviews with 20 parents and 2 interviews with the pre-school teachers, the applicant identified among others: — in the 2016/17 school year, more than 40 pre-school children are outside of the ranking lists, and have therefore not been included in any public nursery school, with a minimum of 5 children being included in pre-school education, but no longer at pre-school education because of adaptation problems, parents whose children are attending pre-primary education in Jawor, the least judge of pre-school childcare facilities and the ability to support children’s emotional development, a significant part of the parents assess as the average collaboration of nursery schools with parents and taking into account the views of parents in pre-primary education. insufficient provision of pre-school education negatively affects the opportunities and professional choices of parents, in particular women, who tend to take care of children. At the macro level, it translates into the economic situation of the region, the province, the country. In addition, in the light of the research carried out in the European Union and Poland, participation in pre-primary education directly translates into higher school attainment and, as a result, the applicant has planned the creation of 25 new pre-school facilities, the inclusion of children in additional activities in a healthy lifestyle and emotional development, the inclusion of 2 nursery teachers in pre-school education in terms of communication, cooperation and parental inclusion in the decision-making processes of the kindergarten.
