Adaptacja budynku po byłym Zespole Szkół w Waleńczowie przy ul. Częstochowskiej 8 w celu utworzenia całodobowej placówki opiekuńczo - wychowawczej dysponującej 14 miejscami. Zakres prac adaptacyjnych obejmuje wykonanie niezbędnych robót remontowych (budowlanych, elektrycznych i sanitarnych), związanych z przebudową i dostosowaniem istniejącego układu funkcjonalnego budynku do nowych potrzeb w celu spełnienia przez niego warunków technicznych, określonych obowiązującymi przepisami budowlanymi, sanitarnymi oraz przepisami bezpieczeństwa przeciwpożarowego. Projekt zakłada również doposażenie utworzonej placówki w funkcjonalne meble oraz sprzęt AGD i RTV. (Polish)
