Projekt jest realizowany na obszarze aglomeracji Wolbrom o wielkości 18.186 RLM. Zakres Projektu obejmuje przebudowę i rozbudowę oczyszczalni ścieków w Wolbromiu w zakresie zwiększenia przepustowości z 14.300 RLM do 18.000 RLM oraz poprawy jakości oczyszczonych ścieków szczególnie w zakresie biogenów.
