Zapewnienie niezbędnego wsparcia w zakresie realizacji przez FNP projektów w ramach IV osi priorytetowej PO IR, działanie 4.3. Wsparcie powstania Międzynarodowych Agend Badawczych i 4.4. Zwiększanie potencjału kadrowego sektora B+R. Cel ten realizowany będzie poprzez (a) zapewnienie odpowiedniego potencjału instytucjonalnego, osobowego i technicznego na potrzeby realizacji ww. projektów IV osi priorytetowej POIR (wynagrodzenia osobowe, wyposażenie stanowisk pracy, podnoszenie kwalifikacji pracowników), (b) zapewnienie najwyższego poziomu wyboru projektów IV osi priorytetowej POIR (opracowanie dokumentacji konkursowej, wzorów umów i aplikacji informatycznych, recenzje i panele eksperckie, wizyty na miejscu realizacji, ekspertyzy prawne i ekonomiczne, informacja i promocja), (c) zapewnienie skutecznych mechanizmów przepływów finansowych, sprawozdawczości i kontroli, monitorowania, ewaluacji i promocji. Providing the necessary support for the implementation by the FNP of projects under the 4th priority axis of OP IR, Action 4.3.Support for the creation of the International Research Agenda and 4.4.Capacity building for the R & D sector will be achieved through (a) the provision of adequate institutional, personal and technical capacity for the implementation of the projects IV priority axis POIR (salaries, work equipment, upgrading of staff), (b) ensuring the highest level of project selection for priority axis IV of POIR (development of competition documentation, model contracts and IT applications, expert reviews and panels, site visits, legal and economic expertise, information and publicity), (c) ensuring effective financial flow mechanisms, reporting and control, monitoring, evaluation and publicity.
