Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wyszkowskim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 235 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wyszkowskim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 85 os. (42 K 43 M), osoby niepełnosprawne 24 os (18 K 6 M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 117 os. (56 K 61 M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of those aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who do not work in the powiat wyszkowski. The target group of the project is 235 persons aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the powiat wyszkowskie for which an aid profile has been identified, I or II. In the target group, the project is: persons aged 50 and over 85 (42 K 43 M), persons with disabilities 24 (18 K 6 M) and long-term unemployed 117 persons. (56 K 61 M). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will support the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
