Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie długoterminowej strategii biznesowej, definiującej sposób, termin i koszt wejścia firmy z usługą windykacji towarzystw ubezpieczeniowych na rynek polski oraz ekspansją usług windykacji na rynek francuski. Strategia ma obejmować perspektywę 5-letnią. W ramach projektu zostanie zatem wytworzona "dokumentacja strategii" i wytworzenie tej dokumentacji jest rzeczowym zakresem projektu. Odbiorcą projektu jest Wnioskodawca, w osobie właściciela firmy jako osoby decyzyjnej tego przedsiębiorstwa. Cel projektu zostanie uzyskany dzięki wytworzeniu dokumentacji, która zakłada internacjonalizację przedsiębiorstwa. Wskaźnik projektu zostanie uzyskany w trakcie realizacji dokumentacji, zakłada się nawiązanie współpracy w trakcie rozpoznania i analiz rynku, które będą miały miejsce podczas opracowywania dokumentacji oraz podpisanie przynajniej jednej umowy z podmiotem zagranicznym w okresie do 12 miesięcy od zakończenia realizacji projektu. The purpose of the project is to develop a long-term business strategy which defines the manner, timing and cost of the company’s entry with the service of collection of insurance companies on the Polish market and the expansion of recovery services into the French market. The strategy is to include a 5-year perspective. The project will therefore produce “strategy documentation” and produce this documentation in kind. The project recipient is the applicant, in the name of the company owner, as the decision maker of the company. The purpose of the project will be obtained through the creation of documentation which involves the internationalisation of an enterprise. The project indicator will be obtained in the course of the implementation of the dossier, it is assumed that cooperation will be established during the examination and market analysis that will take place during the preparation of the dossier and the signature of a single contract with a foreign entity over a period of up to 12 months after the completion of the project.
