CID-ROL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA

Celem realizacji projektu jest inwestycja technologiczna polegająca na wdrożeniu własnej, nowej technologii o nazwie „Technologia produkcji granulatu oraz procesu rozdmuchu związanej ze zwiększeniem pożądanych właściwości recyklatów PEHD poprzez wzmocnienie struktury tworzywa włóknem bazaltowym”. Jest to całkiem nowa technologia, która stanowi tajemnicę spółki CID-ROL i nie jest wiedzą publicznie znaną, a tym samym stanowi technologiczne know-how firmy. Technologia ta przyczyni się do wprowadzenia nowych korzystnych rozwiązań, które do tej pory nie były stosowane w rozwiązaniach alternatywnych. W celu wdrożenia technologii niezbędne jest nabycie określonych maszyn i urządzeń i rozmieszczenie ich zgodnie z przygotowanym Planem zagospodarowania linii technologicznej. W wyniku realizacji projektu spółka CID-ROL uruchomi produkcję nowych wyrobów takich jak: nowatorskie kanistry z lejkiem, innowacyjne nakrętki oraz wysokiej wytrzymałości i jakości innowacyjny regranulat PE-HD z włóknem bazaltowym. Niewielki dodatek włókien bazaltowych do regranulatu PE-HD w znaczącym stopniu podniesie walory techniczne i użytkowe tego materiału. Poprzez uniwersalność implementacji, można będzie stosować go zarówno do produkcji gotowych elementów jak i surowca. Ze względu na znaczny wzrost sztywności, wytrzymałości i innych parametrów takiego surowca, wprowadzone do oferty wyroby będą odznaczały się wysokimi parametrami fizyko-chemicznymi. Wprowadzenie przez firmę przedmiotowej technologii jest wyprzedzeniem konkurencji i zdecydowanym wyjściem naprzeciw oczekiwań rynku zarówno krajowego jak i światowego. (Polish)

The purpose of the project is a technological investment consisting of the implementation of a new technology called ‘pellet production and unmuffle process related to the improvement of the desired recyclability of PEHD through the reinforcement of the structure of basalt fibre.’This is a new technology which constitutes the secrecy of the company CRI-ROL and is not known to the public and thus constitutes a company’s technological know-how.This technology will contribute to the introduction of new beneficial solutions which have not yet been used in alternative solutions.In order to implement the technology, it is necessary to acquire specific machinery and equipment and deploy them in accordance with the Technology Line Management Plan prepared.As a result of the project, CAT-ROL will launch the production of new products such as:an innovative cannula from a funnel, innovative nuts, and a basal-fibre basalt fibre of basalt fibre regranean.A small addition of basalt fibres to the PE-HD regranean regranean to a significant extent will increase the technical and commercial value of this material.By the universality of implementation, it will be possible to apply it both to the production of finished materials and to the raw material.Due to the significant increase in firmness, strength and other parameters of such raw material, the products included in the offer will be of high physical and chemical parameters.The company’s introduction of this technology is in advance of competition and a strong solution to the expectations of both national and global markets.
