Projekt se zaměřuje na systematickou podporu pedagogů v oblasti multikulturní výchovy a interkulturního vzdělávání a práce s žáky v kulturně, etnicky, jazykově a sociálně diverzifikované třídě. Nabízí ucelený systém profesního rozvoje v oblasti metodách multikulturní výchovy, rozvoje sociálních a občanských kompetencí nezbytných pro život v multikulturní společnosti prostřednictvím průřezových témat a rozvoje osobnostních kompetencí pedagogů.
