Předmětem projektu je přestavba budovy bývalé knihovny v obci Bílovice nad Svitavou na komunitní centrum. Cílovou skupinou projektu jsou osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením a osoby sociálně vyloučené. Projekt je realizován za účelem sociální inkluze popsaných cílových skupin. Výčet plánovaných sociálních, vzdělávacích, volnočasových aktivit a kulturních/zájmových akcí je detailně popsán ve Studii proveditelnosti. (Czech)
