Účelem projektu je nastavit strategické řízení výzkumu a vývoje na Ostravské univerzitě v souladu s podmínkami Evropské charty pro výzkumné pracovníky a Kodexu chování pro přijímání výzkumných pracovníků, získání ocenění HR Award, implementování strategie řízení, zajištění rozvoje kapacit, znalostí a dovedností manažerských, výzkumných a dalších pracovníků univerzity. Součástí je i strategické nastavení a rozvoj popularizace výzkumu a vývoje na OU. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is to set strategic management of R & D at the University of Ostrava, in accordance with the terms of the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, winning the HR Award, implementing the management strategy, ensuring the development of capacities, knowledge and skills of managerial, research and other staff of the university. This includes the strategic set-up and development of a research and development popularisation for the generation of research and development. (English)
