Projekt ELIXIR-CZ: Budování kapacit vybuduje infrastrukturu ELIXIR CZ s několika tisíci výpočetními jádry a až 2 PB kapacity pro ukládání dat. Dále rozšíří její použití několika přímo podporovanými excelentními databázemi a nástroji (RepeatExplorer, DNATCO, MotiveValidator, ValidatorDB a SecStructureAnnotator). Infrastruktura a její služby budou otevřené všem výzkumným pracovníkům v oblasti věd o živé přírodě a stanou se součástí mezinárodního ekosystému ELIXIR. a. (Czech)

ELIXIR-CZ project: Capacity building is built by ELIXIR CZ infrastructure with several thousand calculations of computing core and up to 2 data storage capacity. It will further extend its use to a number of directly supported excellence-driven databases and tools (RepeatExplorer, DNATCO, MotiveValidator, ValidatorDB and SecStructureAntentor). The infrastructure and its services will be open to all life science researchers and become part of the international ecosystem ELIXIR. a. a. (English)
