Projekt má zajistit řídící a administrativní schopnosti spolku Otevřené zahrady Jičínska z. s. (dále jen MAS). MAS bude moci zabezpečit přípravu, propagaci, realizaci a evaluaci Strategie komunitně vedeného místního rozvoje (dále jen SCLLD) pro období 2014 - 2023 na území své působnosti. Zaměstnanci kanceláře a členové orgánů budou kompetentní konzultovat projektové záměry k naplnění SCLLD, administrovat výzvy, hodnotit projekty, monitorovat plnění SCLLD, reagovat na změny a komunikovat s ŘO.
