Cílem projektu je zpracování územně plánovací dokumentaci Regulační plán Hodonín - obytná zóna "Výhon" (dále jen "RP"), který v řešeném území stanoví podrobné podmínky pro vymezení a využití pozemků, pro umístění a prostorové uspořádání staveb, pro ochranu hodnot a charakteru území a pro vytváření příznivého životního prostředí, a vymezí veřejně prospěšné stavby, případně veřejně prospěšná opatření.
