Předkládaný projektový záměr řeší modernizaci informačního systému MěÚ Cheb. Záměr je koncipován tak, aby jeho realizací byly agendy vykonávané MěÚ podpořeny moderními prvky ICT a to s potenciálem zvýšení kvality poskytovaných veřejných služeb při dodržování principů 3E (hospodárnosti, účelnosti a efektivnosti). Záměr modernizace je popsán ze všech nutných pohledů, tj. z pohledu souladu se strategickými dokumenty, z pohledu technického řešení, organizačního zajištění i možných rizik. (Czech)
