Cílem projektu je zefektivnění a profesionalizace činností neziskové organizace RATOLEST BRNO tak, aby i v roce 2020 mohla nadále efektivně naplňovat své veřejně prospěšné poslání. The project aims at streamlining and professionalising the activities of the non-profit organisation RNO so that it can continue to deliver its public benefit mission effectively in 2020. The project is based on an audit — the organisation’s process analysis carried out in autumn 2015. It focuses on building an overall corporate culture and developing key areas: strategic planning, funding, fundraising, human resources, PR and marketing. (English)
