Cílem projektu je zvýšení bezpečnosti a veřejného pořádku ve městě, přičemž je zaměřen zejména na práci s CS osob žijících v SVL. Projekt se zaměřuje na systematizaci prevence kriminality a prevence ztráty bydlení na území města Vsetín, resp. v SVL, spočívající v zavedení osvědčených vzájemně se doplňujících opatření - APK, samosprávy v SVL a realizace preventivních programů pro mladistvé osoby ve věku nad 15 let.
