Cílem projektu je zvýšit adaptabilitu zaměstnanců a konkurenceschopnost firmy GOLF CLUB U Hrádečku s. r. o. prostřednictvím zvyšování odborných znalostí, klíčových kompetencí a dovedností zaměstnanců. Projekt je orientován na celkový rozvoj pracovní způsobilosti zaměstnanců pro zvýšení jejich kvalifikace a adaptability.
