Cílem projektu je zvýšení úrovně dovedností a kompetencí 39 prodejců a manažerů prodejen.Program projektu jde ruku v ruce s vývojem trhu, technologickým pokrokem, narůstající konkurencí a rozsahem i kvalitou poskytovaných služeb.Realizací projektu podpoříme podnikové vzdělávání a posílíme konkurenceschopnost společnosti i všech zaměstnanců.Projekt je zaměřen především na posílení sociálních kompetencí stávajících i nově příchozích zaměstnanců společnosti.
