    Projekt díky vzdělávání a školení zvýší odborné znalosti, dovednosti a kompetence všech cca 40 pracovníků neziskové organizace v rozsahu bagatelní podpory. Povede k zlepšení vedení a spolupráce a prac. prostředí (duševního i technického) v org. Zároveň zvýší adaptabilitu starších pracovníků a kvalifikační úroveň v oblasti mezigeneračních pracovních vztahů všech prac. v souladu se změnami na trhu práce. Dojde k zavedení udržitelného mentoringu a plánovaného osobního i týmového rozvoje. (Czech)

At the same time, it will increase the adaptability of older workers and the skills level in the field of intergenerational work relationships between all of them, in line with the changes in the labour market.
