Cílem je zajistit zaměstnancům podmínky pro kvalitní práci po celou dobu profesního života. Vytvořit systém celoživotní péče a rozvoje všech zaměstnanců s důrazem na kritická období pracovního věku. Tedy příjem, zácvik a adaptaci v novém kolektivu a profesi i zvýšená péče o lidi vyššího věku, využití jejich schopností formou předávání zkušeností kolegům.
