Projekt vzdělávání zaměstnanců je zaměřen na prohloubení kvalifikace, rozvoj odborných znalostí a měkkých dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců společnosti žadatele i partnera s důrazem na nízko kvalifikované pracovníky ve věku nad 54 let. Jeho obsahem vzdělávání pro 2 skupiny zaměstnanců a to pracovníky ostrahy v oblasti měkkých dovedností a pracovníky úklidu v odborných produktových a technických znalostech rovněž s důrazem poskytnout kvalitní servis zákazníkům.
