Projekt je zaměřen na zvyšování atraktivity a kvality služeb MHD v Č. Budějovicích a spádovém území obsluhovaném sítí linek MHD, a to formou rozvoje prvků telematiky pro MHD. Zahrnuje vybudování nové radiové sítě pro hlasové a datové přenosy, nový dispečerský řídicí systém, dodávku nových palubních počítačů vozidel MHD a palubního odbavovacího systému, automatické bezdrátové přenosy provozních dat a modernizaci stavění dopravní cesty trolejbusů, které bude automatické, nezávislé na radiové síti. It includes the setting up of a new radio network for voice and data transfer, a new dispatch control system, the delivery of new in-vehicle vehicles to MHD and the on-board handling system, automatic wireless traffic data transmissions and a modernisation of the construction of a trolley-bus which is automatic, independent of the radio network.
