Projekt umožňuje vytvoření systému vzdělávání, díky němuž budou prohloubeny manažerské a odborně-technické kompetence pracovníků tak, aby společnost mohla řádně plnit plánované budoucí zakázky, pružně reagovat na technologické novinky rychle se rozvíjející oblasti strojního průmyslu, zajistila znalosti potřebné k rozšíření a modernizaci strojního vybavení a získala specialisty ve výrobě, kterých je v regionu dlouhodobě nedostatek, to vše s podporou rovných příležitostí a genderové rovnosti. The project enables the creation of an education system which will strengthen the managerial and professional skills of the workforce in order to enable the company to perform properly the planned future contracts, to provide a flexible response to the technological advances of the rapidly developing field of machinery, to provide the necessary knowledge for the extension and modernisation of the machinery and to acquire specialists in production, which in the region suffer from a long term shortage, all with the promotion of equal opportunities and gender equality.
