Cílem projektu je uspokojení stále se zvyšujících požadavků zákazníků společnosti ZV - Nástroje po moderních profesionálních řešeních, z čehož vyplývá enormní tlak na znalosti a zkušenosti pracovníků. Vhodnou příležitostí pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti je realizace projektu, který si klade za cíl odborné vzdělávání 106-ti zaměstnanců na prohloubení, zvýšení nebo udržení kvalifikace.
