Projekt je zaměřen na vzdělávání zaměstnanců (od pomocných až po řídící pracovníky) společnosti Golden Apple Cinema a.s., která provozuje kulturní zařízení. Zaměstnanci budou proškoleni především v oblasti nových technologií a komunikaci. Tím bude zajištěn další rozvoj společnosti a její konkurenceschopnost. Sestavený dvouletý školící plán vychází z potřeb každého zaměstnance.Nově dosažené kvalifikace budou moci účastníci využít dále v aktuálním nebo budoucím pracovním zařazení. (Czech)
