Společnost HON a.s. se dlouhodobě zabývá výrobou nábytku. S ohledem na stále rostoucí požadavky trhu na individualizovanou výrobu vzniká potřeba upravit nastavení firemních výrobních procesů a posílit přenos informací mezi jednotlivými pracovišti. Do realizace projektu bude prostřednictvím asistenta znalostního transferu zapojena Mandelova univerzita v Brně, která napomůže zavést takové procesy, které povedou k zefektivnění výroby. a. (Czech)

HON a.s. is engaged in the production of furniture in the long term. In view of the ever growing market requirements for personalised production, there is a need to adjust the setting up of business production processes and to strengthen the transmission of information between workplaces. The Mandeal University of Brno will be involved in project implementation through a knowledge transfer assistant, which will help to put in place processes that will make the anniversary more effective.
