Projekt řeší zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností budovy ZŠ Svídnická - č.p. 506/1 (p.č. 1316) zateplením obvodového pláště (3497 m2), střešní konstrukce (3628 m2) a výměnou výplní otvorů (1774 m2). Dojde k úsporám energie na vytápění a ke zlepšení vnitřního mikroklimatu. Tepelně izolační vlastnosti stávajících konstrukcí jsou nedostatečné a objekt je hodnocen jako nevyhovující. Po realizaci se budova zařadí do kategorie C - VYHOVUJÍCÍ. (Czech)
