    Hlavním cílem projektu Návrh studeného kelímku pro tavení kovů je vytvoření speciálního kelímku pro indukční tavení kovů, konkrétně slitiny Al a Ti. Studený kelímek je unikátní technologické zařízení, které je schopné tavit kovy i oxidy kovů při velmi vysokých teplotách přesahujících až 3000°C. Díky projektu bude vytvořeno účinné a efektivní zařízení pro tavení kovů tak, že při procesu tavení bude možné využívat slitiny TiAl a získávat čistou a kvalitní slitinu pro následnou výrobu. a.
