Projekt řeší zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností budovy SOŠ Jarov - Učňovská č.p 1 (parc.č. 84/14) v MČ Praha 9 (dle KN památkově chráněné území), a to zateplením obvodového pláště a soklů (3252 m2), střechy (2697,5 m2), výměnou starých oken a dveří (51 m2) a instalaci nuceného větrání s rekuperací tak, aby došlo k výrazným úsporám energie na vytápění a ke zlepšení vnitřního mikroklimatu školy.Po realizaci se budova zařadí do kategorie C - VYHOVUJÍCÍ.
