Projekt se zaměřuje na ženy, které jsou znevýhodněné ne trhu práce z několika důvodů. Spadají do věkové kategorie 55+, mají zdravotní postižení a jsou nezaměstnané v evidenci ÚP. Dále mají bydliště v Moravskoslezském kraji, který je na prvním místě v nezaměstnanosti z celé ČR, kde je zároveň nejmenší nabídka volných pracovních míst. Projekt řeší situaci zapojením 20ti účastnic z CS do projektu, v rámci kterého získají jak širokou nabídku vzdělávacích a poradenských aktivit ale i zaměstnání. (Czech)

The project addresses the situation by involving 20 participants from the CB in a project in which they receive a wide range of educational and consultancy activities, as well as employment.
