Cílem projektu je znovuzačlenění a zlepšení postavení osob pečujících o děěti do 15 let na trhu práce v Karlovarském kraji. Cíle bude dosaženo realizací vzájemně propojených aktivit. Projekt obsahuje aktivity vedoucí k aktivizaci a motivaci při hledání práce jako jsou motivační kurz, bilanční diagnostika a individuální poradenství, aktivity určené k rozšíření nebo zvýšení kvalifikace jako jsou rekvalifikační a vzděl. kurzy a také zprostředkování zaměstnání především na flexibilní prac. úvazky.
