Projekt nabízí systematickou podporu dlouhodobě nazměstnaným osobám z regionu Brdy - Vltava (31 obcí) spočívající v motivačních aktivitách, rekvalifikaci, tréninkovém zaměstnání a podpoře při jejich umístění na běžném trhu práce. S ohledem na charakteristiku a potřeby cílové skupiny budou doplňkově nabízena doprovodná opatření umožňující začlenění podpořených osob na trh práce spočívající zejména v dluhovém poradenství a zajištění dopravy na aktivity projektu (zejména rekvalifikace).
