Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Przemyślu. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia/samozatrudnienia przez 110 osób zarej. w PUP Przemyśl. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby os. bezrob. w wieku 30 lat i więcej, należące co najmniej do jednej z następujących grup: 1. Osoby pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP Przemyśl jako bezrobotne, tj.:os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, os. długotrwale bezrobotne, kobiety, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach. 2. Rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin - osoby posiadające nieruchomość rolną lub członek rodziny podlegający ubezpieczeniom emerytalnym i rentowym z tytułu prowadzenia gospodarstwa rolnego, który chce odejść z rolnictwa. 3. Bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat, którzy nie należą do kategorii uczestników wymienionych w punkcie 1 oraz w punkcie 2 – dotyczy wyłącznie wsparcia „Jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczest.przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zaw. poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zaw. danego uczestnika. Na tej podst.PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. - (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the level of professional activity and employability of unemployed people over 29 years registered in PUP in Przemyśl. The main result of the project will be the employment/self-employment of 110 people in PUP Przemyśl. The project will support people aged 30 and over who belong to at least one of the following groups: 1. Unemployed persons, registered in PUP Przemyśl as unemployed, i.e.: persons aged 50 and over, long-term unemployed, women, people with disabilities, people with low qualifications. 2. Farmers and their family members — persons who own agricultural property or a family member who is subject to pension and disability insurance for running an agricultural holding who wishes to leave agriculture. 3. Unemployed men aged 30-49 who do not belong to the category of participants listed in point 1 and point 2 only concern support “One-off measures for setting up a business”. As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of activation will be preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and problems of a given participant. In this subst.PUP will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. — (English)
