Zakres realizacji projektu pn. „Adaptacja przestrzeni zdegradowanej w Wielowsi na cele rozwoju społecznego – przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w Wielowsi wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu” wynika ze stwierdzenia kumulacji problemów społecznych na obszarze rewitalizacji Gminy Gniewkowo. Projekt stanowiący przedmiot niniejszej dokumentacji znajduje się na liście głównych przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych zaplanowanych do realizacji w ramach LPR Gminy Gniewkowo na lata 2016-2023 stanowiącego załącznik do Uchwały nr XXXV/229/2021 Rady Miejskiej w Gniewkowie z dnia 24.02.2021r. Jednym z obszarów wymagających działań rewitalizacyjnych jest miejscowość Wielowieś. Projekt pozostaje zgodny z celem Osi Priorytetowej 7. Rozwój lokalny kierowany przez społeczność przedstawionym w Szczegółowym Opisie Osi Priorytetowych Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020 przyczyniającym się do wzrostu aktywności społeczności lokalnej tj. celem szczegółowym 1: Ożywienie społeczne i gospodarcze na obszarach objętych Lokalnymi Strategiami Rozwoju. Założeniem przedmiotowego projektu jest zatem podjęcie działań infrastrukturalnych na obszarze miejscowości Wielowieś, które przyczynią się do rewitalizacji społeczno – gospodarczej miejscowości o szczególnie dużej koncentracji negatywnych zjawisk społecznych i pozwoli zniwelować niekorzystną sytuację społeczną związaną z następującymi problemami:• wysokiego odsetka rodzin korzystających z pomocy społecznej na dzieci;• niskiego odsetka dzieci objętych wychowaniem przedszkolnym;• występowaniem przestrzeni zdegradowanej. Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa budynku świetlicy wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu przyległego. Planowane przedsięwzięcie ma celu poprawę stanu technicznego istniejącego budynku świetlicy, poprawę warunków termoizolacyjności przegród zewnętrznych przedmiotowego obiektu i zużycia energii, a także przystosowania obiektu dla osób niepełnosprawnych i wykonanie dodatkowych elementów zagospodarowania terenu. Scope of implementation of the project p. “Adaptation of degraded space in Wielowsi for the purposes of social development — reconstruction and extension of the building of the village centre in Wielowsi together with land development” results from the finding of the accumulation of social problems in the area of revitalisation of the Gniewkowo Commune. The project which is the subject of this documentation is included in the list of main revitalisation projects planned for implementation under the Gniewkowo Municipality LPR for the years 2016-2023, which is an annex to Resolution No XXXV/229/2021 of the Municipal Council in Gniewkowo of 24 February 2021. One of the areas that require revitalisation is Wielowieś. The project remains in line with the objective of Priority Axis 7. Community-led local development presented in the Detailed Description of the Priority Axis of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 contributing to the increase of local community activity, i.e. specific objective 1: Social and economic recovery in areas covered by Local Development Strategies. The aim of this project is therefore to undertake infrastructural measures in Wielowieś, which will contribute to the social and economic revitalisation of a place with a particularly high concentration of negative social phenomena and will help to eliminate the disadvantaged social situation related to the following problems:• a high percentage of families benefiting from social assistance per child;• a low percentage of children in pre-school education; • the presence of degraded space. The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the common room building together with the development of the adjacent area. The planned project aims to improve the technical condition of the existing common room building, improve the thermal insulation conditions of the building’s external partitions and energy consumption, as well as adapt the facility for the disabled and perform additional elements of land development.
