Celem głównym projektu jest rozwijanie umiejętności 179 uczniów (59 dziewczynek i 51 chłopców) klas IV-VI Szkoły Podstawowej i 69 uczniów (32 DZ i 37 CH)klas I-III Gimnazjum Gminy Smołdzino w zakresie podnoszenia komp.kluczowych oraz innowacyjności i kreatywności z matematyki, przedm.przyrodniczych,jęz.obcych i technologii infor.-komunikacyjnych(TIK).Wsparciem zostaną objęci nauczyciele(6K i 1M)ww.placówek,co będzie stanowić integralną całość,gwarantującą powodzenie real.projektu.Zakłada się real.zajęć pozalekcyjnych i pozaszkolnych z ww.przedmiotów.Zajęcia te pozwolą przekazać,korzystając z nowoczesnych metod edukacyjnych,różnorodne treści programowe w celu podniesienia komp.kluczowych w zakr.projektu,wzbogacenia wiedzy ucznia,zainteresowania go samodzielnym zdobywaniem wiedzy,jak też w szczególnych przypadkach wyrównania różnic edu.powodowanych warunkami środowiskowymi czy rodzinnymi.Istotną nowością pr.będzie wykorzystanie metod aktywizujących opartych na metodzie badawczej i doświadczalnej,w szczególności poprzez wykorzystanie metody projektu edukacyjnego.W celu dalszego motywowania uczniów do uczestniczenia w pr.,org.będą konkursy przedmiotowe i wycieczki edu.Ważnym elementem pr.będzie też udział uczniów w szkołach letnich organiz.corocznie i w różnych festiwalach nauki.Szacuje się,że ponad 90% uczestników pr.podniesie swoje umiejętności i kwalifikacje.Zostaną stworzone i doposażone pracownie międzyszkolne,które otrzymają pomoce dyd.do prowadzenia zajęć.Planujemy też organiz.kursów i szkoleń kwalifikacyjnych dla nauczycieli umożliwiające wzbogacenie umiejętności i stosowanych metod nauczania,które są niezbędne do rozwijania u uczniów komp.kluczowych,innowacyjności i kreatywności objętych projektem.Zapl.zadania będą stanowiły uzupełnienie działań prowadz.przez ww.Szkoły przed rozp.real.pr.a skala działań nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań prow.przez szkoły w okr.12 m-cy poprzedzających real.projektu.Realizacja pr.:od 01.08.2016 do 28.09.2018.
