Przedmiotem projektu partnerskiego jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowej termomodernizacji trzech budynków użyteczności publicznej o łącznej pow. użytkowej 2 014,68 m2, należących do gmin: Malczyce (Lider) pow. użytkowa Szkoły Podstawowej im. Skarbów Dolnego Śląska w Malczycach, ul. Dworcowa 4 - 782,33 m2; pow. użytkowa Szkoły Podstawowej im. J. Korczaka, Barkowo 75, gm. Żmigród (Partner) – 1 232,35 m2 (razem dla budynku zabytkowego oraz budynku współczesnego). Powyższe budynki wykorzystywane są do celów edukacyjnych. W ramach inwestycji planuje się m. in. wykonać w ww. budynkach: docieplenie ścian, stropów zewn., dachu (jeden budynek Barkowo), wymienić zewn. stolarkę okienną i drzwiową, zmodernizować część oświetlenia (Barkowo, obydwa budynki), zamontować systemy zarządzania energią, jak również wybudować jedną mikroinstalację fotowoltaiczną (Barkowo, budynek współczesny) oraz zmodernizować jedno źródło ogrzewania (Malczyce – pompa ciepła). Planowane są również udogodnienia dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami w każdym z budynków. Dzięki powyższemu osiągnięty zostanie bezpośredni cel projektu, którym jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków, co przyczyni się ochrony środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych, w tym CO2 o 72,80 ton równoważnika CO2/rok oraz ograniczenie niskiej emisji. Wnioskodawca i Partner dysponują audytami efektywności energ. dla wszystkich ww. budynków. Liderem projektu jest Gmina Malczyce, Partnerem jest Gmina Żmigród. Beneficjentem projektu są ww. JST. Operatorami infrastruktury będą: Szkoła Podstawowa im. Skarbów Dolnego Śląska w Malczycach oraz Szkoła Podstawowa im. J. Korczaka w Barkowie. Odbiorcami projektu będą przede wszystkim pracownicy ww. szkół oraz ich uczniowie. Z efektów projektu korzystać będzie także ogół społeczeństwa dzięki pozytywnemu oddziaływaniu na środowisko naturalne oraz ww. gminy, które zaoszczędzą środki finansowe na utrzymaniu obiektów. The subject of the partnership project is to carry out a comprehensive thermo-modernisation of three public buildings with a total usable area of 2 014.68 m², belonging to municipalities: Malczyce (Leader) utility area of the Lower Silesia Treasure Primary School in Malczyce, ul. Dworcowa 4-782.33 m²; usable area of J. Korczak Primary School, Barkowo 75, Żmigród (Partner) — 1 232.35 m² (together for a historic building and a contemporary building). These buildings are used for educational purposes. As part of the investment, it is planned, among others, to carry out in the above-mentioned buildings: insulation of walls, ceilings, roof (one Barkowo building), replace the external window and door joinery, modernise the lighting part (Barkowo, both buildings), install energy management systems, as well as build one photovoltaic micro-installation (Barkowo, contemporary building) and modernise one heating source (painting — heat pump). Facilities are also planned for people with disabilities in each of the buildings. This will achieve the direct objective of the project, which is to increase the energy efficiency of buildings, which will contribute to the protection of the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, including CO2 by 72.80 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year and reducing low emissions. The Applicant and the Partner have energy efficiency audits for all the above-mentioned buildings. The project leader is the Municipality of Malczyce, the Partner is the Municipality of Żmigród. The beneficiary of the project is the above. IT’S JST. Infrastructure operators will be: Lower Silesia Treasures Primary School in Malczyce and J. Korczak Primary School in Barków. The recipients of the project will be primarily employees of the above-mentioned schools and their students. The effects of the project will also benefit the public as a result of positive effects on the environment and municipalities, which will save financial resources for the maintenance of the facilities.
