Objective/tasks/results/term: Employment by min.12 % of persons with disabilities and at least 25 % of other persons and social efficiency in min.34 % of people with disabilities and min.34 % of other people out of 96 Project Participants (min.53 Women i.e. 55 %) belonging to the group of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who are learning or living within the meaning of the Civil Code, in the area of Wielkopolskie Voivodship, 100 % in functional rural areas requiring support for development processes (regional OSI) thanks to an individually selected path of support: IŚR, training of competences and social skills, vocational training completed in the process of certification, vocational internship, employment intermediation in the period from 01.07.2021 to 30.04.2022.96 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion according to the definitions and inclusions of the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the field of social inclusion and combating poverty with the use of ESF and ERDF funds for the years 2014-2020, who learn or reside within the meaning of the Civil Code, in the area of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, 100 % in rural functional areas requiring support for development processes (regional OSI) including:a)min.55 % i.e. 53women)min.10 % is a person with a significant or moderate disability, with a disability coupled and people with mental disorders, including persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with total developmental disorders (in accordance with the MKCiPZ)c)min.10 % i.e. 10 persons receiving support from the OP FP, and the scope of support for these persons does not duplicate the activities that the person concerned received/receives from the OP FP as part of accompanying actions, referred to in POPŻd)min.20 %tj.20os.experience of multiple social exclusion understood as exclusion due to more than 1 of the conditions referred to in Chapter 3 point 15(co-existence of various grounds) assumed to be covered by support for persons without employment:a)unemployed persons not registered in the PUP min.36b) persons.
