Projekt przewiduje realizację zadań: Zadanie 1 Wymiana pieców i instalacji wewnętrznych w budynkach mieszkalnych, Zadanie 2 Koszty przygotowania projektu, Zadanie 3 Kampania edukacyjnoinformacyjna dla mieszkańców Gminy, Zadanie 4 Koszty pośrednie rozliczane na podstawie rzeczywistych wydatków, Zadanie 5 Koszty pośrednie rozliczane ryczałtowo.W wyniku projektu zostanie osiągnięta redukcja emisji dwutlenku węgla w wysokości: 70,42, a także redukcja emisji pyłu PM 10 w wysokości: 99,3444 i PM 2,5 w wysokości: 98,4430.W ramach projektu nie jest planowane podłączenie do lokalnej sieci ciepłowniczej. Jednocześnie na terenie Gminy działania związane z projektem są zgodne z planami rozwoju w zakresie rozwoju lokalnej sieci ciepłowniczej, co oznacza, że projektem nie będą mieszkaniabudynki, które potencjalnie mogą być podłączone do takiej sieci w przyszłości. W ramach projektu planuje się działania na rzecz podnoszenia świadomości ekologicznej. Działania te będą odnosić się do zakresu wykraczającego poza podstawowe, standardowe działania informacyjne i promocyjne, do których Wnioskodawca jest zobowiązany w ramach realizacji projektu i umowy o dofinansowanie z funduszy UE. Szczegółowo opisane zostały one poniżej w opisie pkt. C.2.3 w zakresie zadania związanego z przeprowadzeniem kampanii edukacyjnej. Gmina jest zakwalifikowana do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych niskosprawnych urządzeń grzewczych i wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym Programie ochrony powietrza dla województwa małopolskiego POP stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do uchwały Nr XLII66213 Sejmiku Województwa Małopolskiego z dnia 30.09.13 r.Projekt nie będzie realizowany na terenie miejscowości uzdrowiskowych.Projekt został wskazany w Planie gospodarki niskoemisyjnej dla danego obszaru, uzyskał potwierdzenie z WFOŚiGW w Krakowie o poprawności opracowania dokumentu. The project provides for the implementation of tasks: Task 1 Replacement of furnaces and internal installations in residential buildings, Task 2 Costs of project preparation, Task 3 Educational information campaign for residents of the Municipality, Task 4 Intermediate costs settled on the basis of actual expenditure, Task 5 Intermediate costs settled on a flat-rate basis.The result of the project will be achieved a reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the amount of: 70,42, as well as reduction of PM 10 dust emissions in the amount of: 99,3444 and PM 2,5 in height: 98,4430.The project does not plan to connect to the local district heating network. At the same time, within the Municipality, the project activities are in line with the development plans for the local district heating network, which means that the project will not be residential buildings that could potentially be connected to such a network in the future. The project plans to raise environmental awareness. These actions will relate to a scope that goes beyond the basic, standard information and promotion measures to which the Applicant is obliged to implement the project and the EU funding agreement. They are described in detail in the description of paragraph below. C.2.3 for the task of carrying out an educational campaign. The municipality is qualified for areas where it is necessary to take corrective actions consisting of the elimination of old low-efficiency heating devices and specified in the applicable Air Quality Programme for the Małopolska Voivodeship POP constituting Annex 1 to Resolution No XLII66213 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 30.09.13.The project will not be implemented in the spa towns.The project was indicated in the Low-Emission Economy Plan for a given area, obtained confirmation from the WFOŚiGW in Krakow about the correctness of the drafting of the document.
