Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 201 uczniów (98 DZ/103CH) z 3 szkół zawodowych (Technika) z Mławy, poprzez realizację do XII.2023r. kompleksowego programu wsparcia dla uczniów i nauczycieli obejmującego: realizację staży, dodatkowych zajęć specjalistycznych, realizację zajęć w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych, doposażenie szkół, realizację doradztwa zawodowego oraz wsparcie rozwoju nauczycieli zawodu i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu. Projekt obejmie 201 uczniów 3 szkół dla których organem prowadzącym jest Starostwo Powiatowe w Mławie, w tym: - 51 uczniów (11DZ) Technikum nr 1 im. Jerzego Ciesielskiego w Zespole Szkół Nr 1 w Mławie – dalej zwanego T1 (ul. Z. Morawskiej 29, 06- 500 Mława), kształcących się na kierunkach technik: budownictwa, informatyk, reklamy, elektryk, - 86 uczniów (55DZ) Technikum nr 2 im. A. Mrozowskiej w Zespole Szkół nr 2 w Mławie – dalej T2 (ul. Z. Morawskiej 29 B, 06-500 Mława), kształcących się na kierunkach technik: logistyk, żywienia i usług gastronomicznych, hotelarstwa, kelner, usług kelnerskich, - 64 uczniów (32DZ) Technikum nr 4 w Zespole Szkół Nr 4 – dalej T4 (ul. Warszawska 44a, 06-500 Mława), kształcących się na kierunkach technik: ekonomista, handlowiec. Projekt odpowiada na zdiagnozowane potrzeby ww szkół, ujęte w przeprowadzonych (II-III.2020) przez dyrekcje szkół diagnozach potrzeb, w tym potrzeb uczniów oraz nauczycieli i instruktorów prakt. nauki zawodu (z uwzgl. inwent. sprzętu oraz oceny stanu tech.). Diagnozy (opr. na pdst. akt.danych z 2020r.) zatwierdzone zostały przez org. prowadzący (Starostwo w Mławie) przed złożeniem wniosku o dofinansowanie. Narzędzia: ankiety (zebrano 115 ankiet T1, 100 ankiet T2, 87 ankiet T3- od rodziców/uczniów/nauczycieli), rozmowy z rodzic./naucz., analiza danych: egz.zewn. i wew., obszar analizy – uczniowie/rodzice i nauczyciele na ww kierunkach. Diagnozy uwzględniły rekomendacje pracodawców. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 201 pupils (98 DZ/103CH) from 3 vocational schools (Technika) from Mława, through the implementation by XII.2023 of a comprehensive program of support for pupils and teachers including: implementation of internships, additional specialist classes, implementation of classes in the field of key competences and universal skills, retrofitting of schools, implementation of career counselling and support for the development of vocational teachers and instructors of practical apprenticeship. The project will cover 201 students of 3 schools for which the managing authority is the District Office in Mława, including: — 51 students (11DZ) Technikum No. 1 of Jerzy Ciesielski in School Complex No. 1 in Mława — hereinafter referred to as T1 (ul. Z. Morawska 29, 06-500 Mława), who are educated in the fields of techniques: construction, IT, advertising, electrician, — 86 students (55DZ) Technikum No. 2 im. A. Mrozowska in School Complex No. 2 in Mława — hereinafter T2 (ul. Z. Morawska 29 B, 06-500 Mława), who are educated in the fields of techniques: logistics, nutrition and catering services, hospitality, waiter, waiter, — 64 students (32DZ) Technikum No. 4 in the School Complex No. 4 — hereinafter T4 (ul. Warsaw 44a, 06-500 Mława), educated in the fields of techniques: an economist, a trader. The project responds to the diagnosed needs of these schools, included in the diagnosis of needs carried out (II-III.2020) by the school directorates, including the needs of pupils and teachers and instructors of apprenticeship training (including equipment inventory and assessment of the state of the art). The diagnoses (according to the 2020 data files) were approved by the org. leader (Official Office in Mława) before submitting the application for funding. Tools: surveys (115 T1 surveys were collected, 100 T2 surveys, 87 T3 surveys from parents/students/teachers), conversations with parents./teachers, data analysis: ex. and above, the area of analysis — students/parents and teachers in these directions. The diagnosis took into account employers’ recommendations. (English)
