Przedmiotem projektu jest doposażenie Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Widowie, będącej członkiem Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo - Gaśniczego w samochód ratowniczo - gaśniczy typu średniego z przeznaczeniem do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych w sytuacji wystąpienia klęsk żywiołowych, czy też innego rodzaju zagrożeń mających swoje źródła zarówno w naturze, jak i działaniu człowieka tj. m.in. katastrof spowodowanych w ruchu lądowym, czy też skutków działań terrorystycznych w rodzaju CBRN. Pojazd przyczyni się do podniesienia standardu organizacyjnego jednostki i w sposób pozytywny wpłynie na podniesienie skuteczności współpracy z PSP, ITD oraz Policją, ponadto pojazd zastąpi mocno wyeksploatowany wóz gaśniczy, wyprodukowany w 1988 r. jaki jest wykorzystywany przez jednostkę. Pojazd jest w złym stanie technicznym, co skutkuje ograniczeniem działania jednostki w realizacji zadań wynikających z przynależności do KSRG, jak i koniecznością ponoszenia wysokich kosztów eksploatacyjnych pojazdu (Polish)

The subject of the project is to retrofit the Volunteer Fire Service in Widow, a member of the National Rescue and Firefighting System with a medium-type rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle intended to carry out rescue operations in the event of natural disasters, or other kinds of threats originating both in nature and human action, i.e. catastrophes caused by land traffic, or the effects of terrorist activities such as CBRN. The vehicle will contribute to the improvement of the organisational standard of the unit and will positively improve the effectiveness of cooperation with PSP, ITD and Police, and the vehicle will replace a well-exploited fire extinguishing truck, produced in 1988 as used by the unit. The vehicle is in poor technical condition, resulting in a reduction in the performance of the unit in the performance of tasks arising from the CRSG, as well as the need to bear high maintenance costs of the vehicle (English)

L’objectif du projet est de mettre à niveau le Service volontaire d’incendie de Widowo, membre du Système national de sauvetage et de lutte contre l’incendie, avec un véhicule de lutte contre l’incendie de taille moyenne pour les opérations de sauvetage en cas de catastrophes naturelles ou d’autres menaces ayant leur origine tant par la nature que par l’action humaine, c’est-à-dire les catastrophes causées par le trafic terrestre ou les effets d’activités terroristes telles que CBRN. Le véhicule augmentera le niveau d’organisation de l’unité et améliorera positivement l’efficacité de la coopération avec le PSP, l’ITD et la police. De plus, le véhicule remplacera le véhicule de lutte contre l’incendie, fabriqué en 1988, qui est utilisé par l’unité. Le véhicule est en mauvais état technique, ce qui entraîne une limitation de l’activité de l’unité dans l’exécution des tâches résultant de l’adhésion à la KSRG et la nécessité d’engager des coûts d’exploitation élevés du véhicule. Ziel des Projekts ist die Nachrüstung des freiwilligen Feuerwehrdienstes in Widowo, Mitglied des Nationalen Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungssystems, mit einem mittelgroßen Brandbekämpfungsfahrzeug für Rettungseinsätze bei Naturkatastrophen oder anderen Bedrohungen, die ihren Ursprung sowohl in der Natur als auch in menschlichen Handlungen haben, d. h. Katastrophen, die durch den Landverkehr oder die Auswirkungen terroristischer Aktivitäten wie CBRN verursacht werden. Das Fahrzeug wird den organisatorischen Standard der Einheit erhöhen und die Wirksamkeit der Zusammenarbeit mit PSP, ITD und der Polizei positiv verbessern. Das Fahrzeug befindet sich in einem schlechten technischen Zustand, was zu einer Einschränkung der Tätigkeit der Einheit bei der Ausführung von Aufgaben führt, die sich aus der Mitgliedschaft in der KSRG ergeben, und der Notwendigkeit, hohe Betriebskosten des Fahrzeugs zu verursachen. Het doel van het project is de vrijwillige brandweer in Widowo, een lid van het nationale reddings- en brandbestrijdingssysteem, met een middelgroot brandbestrijdingsvoertuig voor reddingsoperaties in het geval van natuurrampen of andere bedreigingen die hun oorsprong hebben zowel in de natuur als door menselijk handelen, te installeren, d.w.z. rampen veroorzaakt door landverkeer of de gevolgen van terroristische activiteiten zoals CBRN. Het voertuig zal de organisatorische standaard van de eenheid verhogen en zal de effectiviteit van de samenwerking met PSP, ITD en de politie positief verbeteren. Bovendien zal het voertuig het zwaar bediende brandbestrijdingsvoertuig, vervaardigd in 1988, vervangen, dat door de eenheid wordt gebruikt. Het voertuig verkeert in een slechte technische staat, wat resulteert in een beperking van de activiteit van de eenheid bij het uitvoeren van taken die voortvloeien uit het lidmaatschap van het KSRG en de noodzaak om hoge exploitatiekosten van het voertuig te maken. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di adeguare il servizio volontario antincendio di Widowo, membro del National Rescue and Firefighting System, con un veicolo antincendio di medie dimensioni per operazioni di soccorso in caso di calamità naturali o altre minacce che hanno origine sia per natura che per azione umana, ossia catastrofi causate dal traffico terrestre o dagli effetti di attività terroristiche come la CBRN. Il veicolo aumenterà lo standard organizzativo dell'unità e migliorerà positivamente l'efficacia della cooperazione con PSP, ITD e polizia. Inoltre, il veicolo sostituirà il veicolo antincendio pesantemente operato, prodotto nel 1988, che viene utilizzato dall'unità. Il veicolo è in cattive condizioni tecniche, il che comporta una limitazione dell'attività dell'unità nello svolgimento dei compiti derivanti dall'appartenenza al KSRG e dalla necessità di sostenere costi di esercizio elevati del veicolo. El objetivo del proyecto es adaptar el Servicio Voluntario de Bomberos de Widowo, miembro del Sistema Nacional de Rescate y Lucha contra Incendios, con un vehículo de lucha contra incendios de tamaño mediano para operaciones de rescate en caso de catástrofes naturales u otras amenazas que tengan su origen tanto en la naturaleza como en la acción humana, es decir, catástrofes causadas por el tráfico terrestre o los efectos de actividades terroristas como QBRN. El vehículo aumentará el estándar organizativo de la unidad y mejorará positivamente la eficacia de la cooperación con PSP, ITD y la Policía. Además, el vehículo reemplazará el vehículo de gran funcionamiento contra incendios, fabricado en 1988, que es utilizado por la unidad. El vehículo se encuentra en malas condiciones técnicas, lo que conlleva una limitación de la actividad de la unidad en la realización de las tareas derivadas de la pertenencia a la KSRG y la necesidad de incurrir en elevados costes de funcionamiento del vehículo. Projekti eesmärk on moderniseerida riikliku pääste- ja tuletõrjesüsteemi liige Vabatahtlik Tuletõrjeteenistus lesk, keskmise tüüpi pääste- ja tulekustutusvahendiga, mis on ette nähtud päästeoperatsioonide läbiviimiseks looduskatastroofide korral või muud liiki ohtude korral, mis tulenevad nii loodusest kui ka inimtegevusest, st maismaaliiklusest põhjustatud katastroofid või terroristliku tegevuse, nagu KBRT, mõju. Sõiduk aitab kaasa üksuse organisatsioonilise standardi parandamisele ja parandab positiivselt koostööd PSP, integreeritud tehnoloogia tutvustusvaldkonna ja politseiga ning sõiduk asendab hästi kasutatud tulekustutusveoki, mis on toodetud 1988. aastal ja mida üksus kasutab. Projekto objektas – modernizuoti Savanorių priešgaisrinę tarnybą našlėje, Nacionalinės gelbėjimo ir priešgaisrinės apsaugos sistemos narį, vidutinio tipo gelbėjimo ir gaisro gesinimo transporto priemonę, skirtą gelbėjimo operacijoms atlikti įvykus gaivalinėms nelaimėms arba kitokio pobūdžio grėsmėms, kylančioms tiek dėl gamtos, tiek dėl žmogaus veiksmų, t. y. dėl sausumos eismo sukeltų katastrofų arba dėl teroristinės veiklos, pvz., ChBRB, padarinių. Transporto priemonė prisidės prie padalinio organizacinių standartų gerinimo ir teigiamai pagerins bendradarbiavimo su MSP, ITPPP ir policija veiksmingumą, o transporto priemonė pakeis gerai išnaudotą gaisro gesinimo sunkvežimį, pagamintą 1988 m., kaip naudojama skyriuje. Transporto priemonė yra prastos techninės būklės, dėl to sumažėja riedmenų vieneto eksploatacinės charakteristikos atliekant su CRSG susijusias užduotis, taip pat poreikis padengti dideles transporto priemonės techninės priežiūros išlaidas. Predmet projekta je nadogradnja Volonterske vatrogasne službe u Widowu, člana Nacionalnog sustava za spašavanje i gašenje požara srednjeg tipa vozila za spašavanje i gašenje požara, namijenjenog za provođenje operacija spašavanja u slučaju elementarnih nepogoda ili drugih vrsta prijetnji koje proizlaze iz prirode i ljudskog djelovanja, tj. katastrofe uzrokovane kopnenim prometom ili posljedice terorističkih aktivnosti kao što je KBRN. Vozilo će doprinijeti poboljšanju organizacijske norme jedinice i pozitivno će poboljšati učinkovitost suradnje s PSP-om, ITD-om i policijom, a vozilo će zamijeniti dobro iskorišteni vatrogasni kamion proizveden 1988. godine kako ga koristi jedinica. Vozilo je u lošem tehničkom stanju, što dovodi do smanjenja učinkovitosti jedinice u obavljanju zadaća koje proizlaze iz CRSG-a, kao i do potrebe za preuzimanjem visokih troškova održavanja vozila (Croatian)

Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η μετασκευή της Πυροσβεστικής Υπηρεσίας Εθελοντών στη Χήρα, ενός μέλους του Εθνικού Συστήματος Διάσωσης και Πυροσβεστικής με μεσαίου τύπου όχημα διάσωσης και πυρόσβεσης που προορίζεται για την εκτέλεση επιχειρήσεων διάσωσης σε περίπτωση φυσικών καταστροφών, ή άλλων ειδών απειλών που προέρχονται τόσο από τη φύση όσο και από την ανθρώπινη δράση, δηλαδή καταστροφές που προκαλούνται από τη χερσαία κυκλοφορία ή τις επιπτώσεις τρομοκρατικών δραστηριοτήτων όπως οι ΧΒΡΠ. Το όχημα θα συμβάλει στη βελτίωση του οργανωτικού προτύπου της μονάδας και θα βελτιώσει θετικά την αποτελεσματικότητα της συνεργασίας με τους PSP, ITD και Police, και το όχημα θα αντικαταστήσει ένα καλά εκμεταλλευμένο πυροσβεστικό όχημα, το οποίο θα παραχθεί το 1988, όπως χρησιμοποιείται από τη μονάδα. Το όχημα βρίσκεται σε κακή τεχνική κατάσταση, με αποτέλεσμα τη μείωση των επιδόσεων της μονάδας κατά την εκτέλεση των καθηκόντων που απορρέουν από τον ΚΚΣΥ, καθώς και την ανάγκη ανάληψης υψηλού κόστους συντήρησης του οχήματος. Predmetom projektu je modernizácia dobrovoľníckej hasičskej služby vdova, ktorá je členom Národného záchranného a hasiaceho systému stredne typu záchranným a hasiacim vozidlom určeným na vykonávanie záchranných operácií v prípade prírodných katastrof alebo iných druhov hrozieb, ktoré majú pôvod v prírode aj ľudskej činnosti, t. j. katastrofy spôsobené pozemnou premávkou alebo účinky teroristických činností, ako je CBRN. Vozidlo prispeje k zlepšeniu organizačnej normy jednotky a pozitívne zlepší účinnosť spolupráce s PSP, ITD a políciou a vozidlo nahradí dobre využívané hasiace vozidlo vyrobené v roku 1988, ktoré používa jednotka. Vozidlo je v zlom technickom stave, čo vedie k zníženiu výkonu jednotky pri plnení úloh vyplývajúcich z PRSG, ako aj k potrebe znášať vysoké náklady na údržbu vozidla. (Slovak)

Hankkeen tarkoituksena on varustaa kansallisen pelastus- ja palontorjuntajärjestelmän jäsen Leskissä sijaitsevaan vapaaehtoispalopalveluun keskikokoisella pelastus- ja palonsammutusajoneuvolla, joka on tarkoitettu pelastusoperaatioihin luonnonkatastrofien tai muunlaisten luontoon tai ihmisen toimintaan liittyvien uhkien, kuten maaliikenteen aiheuttamien katastrofien, tai terroritoiminnan, kuten CBRN:n, yhteydessä. Ajoneuvo parantaa osaltaan yksikön organisatorista tasoa ja tehostaa yhteistyötä PSP:n, ITD:n ja poliisin kanssa, ja ajoneuvo korvaa yksikön käyttämän hyvin hyödynnetyn sammutusauton, joka on valmistettu vuonna 1988. A projekt tárgya az özvegyi önkéntes tűzoltó szolgálat, a Nemzeti Mentő- és Tűzoltórendszer tagja olyan közepes típusú mentő- és tűzoltó járművel való átalakítása, amelynek célja természeti katasztrófák, illetve természetből és emberi tevékenységből eredő egyéb fenyegetések, azaz a szárazföldi forgalom által okozott katasztrófák vagy a terrorcselekmények, például a CBRN-tevékenységek hatása. A jármű hozzájárul az egység szervezeti színvonalának javításához, és pozitívan javítja a PSP-vel, az ITD-vel és a rendőrséggel folytatott együttműködés hatékonyságát, és a jármű felváltja az 1988-ban gyártott, az egység által használt, jól kihasznált tűzoltókocsit. A jármű rossz műszaki állapotban van, ami az egység teljesítményének csökkenését eredményezi a CRSG-ből eredő feladatok ellátása során, valamint a jármű magas karbantartási költségeit kell viselni. Vozidlo přispěje ke zlepšení organizačního standardu jednotky a pozitivně zlepší účinnost spolupráce s PSP, ITD a policií a vozidlo nahradí dobře využívaný hasicí vůz, vyrobený v roce 1988, jak jej používá jednotka. Vozidlo je ve špatném technickém stavu, což vede ke snížení výkonu jednotky při plnění úkolů vyplývajících z CRSG a k potřebě nést vysoké náklady na údržbu vozidla. (Czech)

Projekta mērķis ir modernizēt Brīvprātīgo ugunsdzēsības dienestu Widow, Valsts glābšanas un ugunsdzēsības sistēmas locekli, ar vidēja tipa glābšanas un ugunsdzēsības transportlīdzekli, kas paredzēts glābšanas operāciju veikšanai dabas katastrofu gadījumā vai cita veida draudiem, ko izraisa gan daba, gan cilvēka darbība, t. i., sauszemes satiksmes izraisītām katastrofām vai teroristu darbību, piemēram, CBRN, sekām. Transportlīdzeklis palīdzēs uzlabot vienības organizatorisko standartu un pozitīvi uzlabos sadarbības efektivitāti ar PSP, ITD un policiju, un transportlīdzeklis aizstās labi ekspluatētu ugunsdzēšanas mašīnu, kas ražota 1988. gadā un ko izmanto vienība. Predmet projekta je naknadno opremiti prostovoljsko gasilsko službo v vdovi, ki je članica nacionalnega sistema za reševanje in gašenje požara, z vozilom srednjega tipa za reševanje in gašenje požara, ki je namenjeno za izvajanje reševalnih operacij v primeru naravnih nesreč ali drugih vrst groženj, ki izvirajo iz narave in človekovega delovanja, tj. katastrof, ki jih povzroči kopenski promet, ali učinkov terorističnih dejavnosti, kot je KBRJ. Vozilo bo prispevalo k izboljšanju organizacijskega standarda enote in bo pozitivno izboljšalo učinkovitost sodelovanja s PSP, ITD in policijo, vozilo pa bo nadomestilo dobro izkoriščen tovornjak za gašenje požara, proizveden leta 1988, kot ga uporablja enota. Vozilo je v slabem tehničnem stanju, zaradi česar se zmanjša učinkovitost enote pri izvajanju nalog, ki izhajajo iz CRSG, in da je treba nositi visoke stroške vzdrževanja vozila. (Slovenian)

Предметът на проекта е модернизиране на доброволческата противопожарна служба във вдовица, член на Националната спасителна и противопожарна система, със среден тип спасителни и пожарогасителни средства, предназначени за извършване на спасителни операции в случай на природни бедствия или други видове заплахи, произхождащи както от природата, така и от човешката дейност, т.е. катастрофи, причинени от сухопътен трафик, или последиците от терористични дейности като ХБРЯ. Превозното средство ще допринесе за подобряване на организационния стандарт на единицата и ще подобри ефективността на сътрудничеството с доставчика на платежни услуги, ИТД и полицията, а превозното средство ще замени добре експлоатиран пожарогасителен камион, произведен през 1988 г., както се използва от единицата. O veículo contribuirá para a melhoria do padrão organizacional da unidade e melhorará positivamente a eficácia da cooperação com a PSP, o ITD e a Polícia, e o veículo substituirá um camião extintor de incêndios bem explorado, produzido em 1988, tal como utilizado pela unidade. Formålet med projektet er at eftermontere den frivillige brandtjeneste i enke, der er medlem af det nationale rednings- og brandslukningssystem, med et medium type rednings- og brandslukningskøretøj, der er beregnet til at udføre redningsaktioner i tilfælde af naturkatastrofer, eller andre former for trusler, der opstår både i naturen og i menneskelige handlinger, dvs. katastrofer forårsaget af landtransport, eller virkningerne af terroraktiviteter såsom CBRN. Obiectul proiectului este de a moderniza Serviciul de pompieri voluntari din Widow, membru al sistemului național de salvare și stingere a incendiilor cu un vehicul de salvare și stingere a incendiilor de tip mediu destinat să desfășoare operațiuni de salvare în caz de dezastre naturale sau alte tipuri de amenințări care provin atât din natură, cât și din acțiuni umane, și anume catastrofe cauzate de traficul terestru sau efectele activităților teroriste, cum ar fi CBRN. Vehiculul va contribui la îmbunătățirea standardului organizațional al unității și va îmbunătăți în mod pozitiv eficacitatea cooperării cu PSP, DTI și poliția, iar vehiculul va înlocui un camion de stingere a incendiilor bine exploatat, produs în 1988, astfel cum este utilizat de unitate. Syftet med projektet är att eftermontera frivilligbrandkåren i änkan, som är medlem i det nationella räddnings- och brandbekämpningssystemet med ett medelstort räddnings- och brandsläckningsfordon som är avsett att utföra räddningsinsatser i händelse av naturkatastrofer, eller andra typer av hot som har sitt ursprung i både natur och mänsklig verksamhet, dvs. katastrofer orsakade av landtrafik, eller effekterna av terroristverksamhet som CBRN. Fordonet kommer att bidra till att förbättra enhetens organisatoriska standard och kommer att förbättra effektiviteten i samarbetet med PSP, ITD och polisen, och fordonet kommer att ersätta en välutnyttjad brandsläckningsbil som tillverkades 1988 och som användes av enheten. Fordonet är i dåligt tekniskt skick, vilket leder till en minskning av enhetens prestanda när det gäller utförandet av uppgifter som härrör från CRSG, samt behovet av att bära höga underhållskostnader för fordonet.
