Przedmiotem projektu "Moją przyszłość zaczynam już dzisiaj" (PRO) realizowanego przez Gm. Kostomłoty w partnerstwie z niepubl. instytucją rynku pracy POINT SP. Z O.O. (kryt. premiuj.)od 1.X.2016 r. do 30.VI.2017 r. jest zapewnienie równego dostępu do wysokiej jakości działań edukacyjnych 92 uczniom/uczennicom (UCZ) Szkoły Podstawowej (SP) i Gimnazjum(G) w Kostomłotach (t. wiejski), które ma doprowadzić do podniesienia kompetencji klucz. w zakresie: nauk matem.-przyrodn., j. obcych (G), TIK a także do właściwych postaw 46 (22 ze SP i 24 z G) dziewczynek(DZ) i 46 (22 ze SP i 24 z G) chłopców(CH), co będzie miało przełożenie na ich przyszły sukces na rynku pracy. Wsparcie obejmie UCZ uzdolnionych a także mających trudności w spełnianiu wymagań podst. programowej i w kontrolowaniu emocji. Rozwój kompetencji adekwatnych do potrzeb rynku pracy będzie także rezultatem doradztwa edukac.-zawod. dla wszystkich uczestników (UP) oraz zajęć psychoedukacyjnych dla UCZ z trudnościami. Podniesieniu kompetencji klucz. sprzyjać będzie wykorzystanie wypracowanego przez POINT w ramach innowacyjnego proj. POKL portalu do doradztwa edukac.-zawod. (www.eipd.pl) a także kontakt młodzieży z praktycznym wykorzystaniem wiedzy (wycieczki eduk., spotkania z przedsięb.). Duże znaczenie dla wzrostu kompetencji TIK UP i innych UCZ ze SP będzie miało wyposażenie pracowni komputerowej w SP w komputery w miejsce przestarzałego sprzętu. Potrzeba wsparcia dla obu placówek wynika z diagnoz obszarów deficytowych kompet. klucz. i przyczyn osiągania przez UCZ wyników słabszych niż średnia wojewódzka dokonanej przez kadrę a w przypadku SP także z analizy możliwości dalszego wykorzystania przestarzałej bazy TIK. Diagnozy potrzeb i deficytów przeprowadziła kadra pedag. szkół i zatwierdził je organ prowadzący. Wsparcie PRO będzie uzupełnieniem podobnych działań w SP i G do rozpoczęcia PRO i nie zmniejszy nakładów na podobne działania z 12 mies. wcześniej. Zajęcia proj. będą poza zajęciami obowiązkowymi UCZ. (Polish)

The subject of the project “My Future I Start Today” (PRO) implemented by Gm. Kostomłota in partnership with non-publ. labour market institution POINT SP. From 1.X.2016 to 30.VI.2017, the O.O. is to ensure equal access to quality educational activities for 92 pupils/students (SP) and Secondary School(G) in Kostomłoty (i.e. rural) to raise the competence of the key: the teachings of mathematicians.-natural, foreign (G), ICT and also to the right attitudes 46 (22 with SP and 24 with G) girls (DZ) and 46 (22 from SP and 24 with G) boys(CH), which will translate into their future success in the labour market. The support will include talented students and those having difficulty in meeting the program’s requirements and in controlling emotions. The development of competences suited to the needs of the labour market will also be the result of educational advice for all participants (UPs) and psycho-educational activities for the University with difficulties. Improving the competence key will be facilitated by the use of POINT developed as part of an innovative project. POKL portal for educational advisory.-vocation. (www.eipd.pl) as well as the contact of young people with practical use of knowledge (educational tours, meetings with entrepreneurs). It will be important for the increase of competence of ICT UP and other UCZ from the SP to equip a computer lab with computers in place of obsolete equipment. L’objet du projet «Mon avenir je commence aujourd’hui» (PRO) mis en œuvre par Kostomłoty en partenariat avec l’institution du marché du travail non publiée POINT SP. Z O.O. (à part entière)du 01.X.2016 au 30.VI.2017, il vise à garantir l’égalité d’accès à des activités éducatives de qualité pour 92 élèves/étudiants (UCZ) Primaire (SP) et Gymnasium(G) à Kostomłoty (niveau rural), qui vise à améliorer la clé de compétence. les sciences maternelles, les sciences étrangères (G), les TIC et les bonnes attitudes de 46 filles (22 de SP et 24 de G) et 46 (22 de garçons de SP et 24 de G) (CH), ce qui se traduira par leur succès futur sur le marché du travail. Le soutien comprendra les étudiants qui sont talentueux et qui ont des difficultés à satisfaire aux exigences du programme et à contrôler les émotions. La nécessité d’un soutien pour les deux institutions tient au diagnostic des zones déficitaires de la clé et aux raisons pour lesquelles l’UCZ obtient des résultats plus faibles que la moyenne régionale réalisée par le personnel et, dans le cas de SP, l’analyse de la possibilité d’utiliser davantage la base de données TIC obsolète. Le diagnostic des besoins et des déficits a été effectué par le personnel des écoles de pédagogie et approuvé par l’organe directeur. Le soutien accordé au titre du programme d’investissement complétera des actions similaires menées dans le cadre du programme SP et G pour lancer le programme et ne réduira pas l’investissement pour des mesures similaires à partir de 12 mois plus tôt. (unterschiedslos) vom 01.X.2016 bis zum 30.VI.2017 soll der gleichberechtigte Zugang zu hochwertigen Bildungsaktivitäten für 92 Schüler/Studenten (UCZ) Grundschule (SP) und Gymnasium(G) in Kostomłoty (ländliche Ebene) gewährleistet werden, die den Kompetenzschlüssel verbessern sollen. mütterliche Wissenschaften, ausländische Wissenschaften (G), IKT und die richtigen Einstellungen von 46 (22 von SP und 24 von G) Mädchen (DZ) und 46 (22 von SP und 24 von G) Jungen (CH), die sich in ihren zukünftigen Erfolg auf dem Arbeitsmarkt niederschlagen werden. La diagnosi dei bisogni e dei deficit è stata effettuata dal personale delle scuole pedag e approvata dall'organo direttivo. Il sostegno PRO integrerà azioni analoghe in SP e G per avviare il programma e non ridurrà gli investimenti per misure analoghe a partire da 12 mesi prima.
