Cel gł.:Poprawa pełnienia ról opiekuń-wychow.i funkcjonowania gospod.domowych min.60 rodzin ubogich i/lub zagr.wykl.społ.,przeżyw. trudności w spraw. opieki nad dziećmi z ter. 5 powiatów woj.zach-pom.(wzp) w ter.od 1.06.2022 do 31.10.2023r. poprzez wsparcie w ramach proj.:"W kręgu rodziny", ukierunkowanego na ogranicz. umiesz.dzieci w piecz.zast.i zwiększenie powrotu dzieci z pieczy zastęp. do rodz.biol. Proj. zakłada kompleks.i indywidualną formę wsparcia rodzin z ter. wzp: 60 os. dorosłych (55K) i 90 (45K) dzieci w wieku 6-18 lat, obj. wsparciem w ramach 6 PWD TPD, w tym: min. 6 dzieci z pieczy zastęp. Gr.docel.to 54 rodziny zagrożone umieszcz. dziecka w pieczy zast. i 6 rodzin z dzieckiem przebywającym w pieczy zastp. Zadania real.w proj.: wsparcie rodzin przez Pedagoga Rodzinnego, pełniącego rolę wsparcia prewencyjnego i doradz./poradniczego wobec zagrożenia umieszcz. dziecka w pieczy zastępczej i wsparcia powrotu dzieci z pieczy do domu, formy dodat. wspar. rodz.- pracy z rodz. poprzez pedagogizację rodziców oraz poradn.rodzinne, jak również zaj. socjoterapii, edukacji społeczno-finan. podnoszących komp.kluczowe i potencjał 90 dzieci, dzięki powstaniu 6 PWD TPD: na ter.wiej. w pow.:stargardzkim (PS),kamieńskim(PK), gryfickim (PG), pyrzyckim(PP), choszczeńskim(PCH). Wskaź. produktu:liczba os.zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. objętych wsparciem w progr./objęt. usługami świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w progr.:150, wskaźnik rezultatu: L. wspa. w proj. miejsc świad. usług społ. /wsparcia rodz. i pieczy zastęp istniej. po zakoń. proj.: 96 m-c nowoutworz. Objective:Improvement of the roles of caregivers and the functioning of housewives, min.60 families of the poor and/or zagr.wykl.po.,good. difficulties in the care of children from ter. 5 powiats woj.zach-pom.(p.) in ter. from 1.06.2022 to 31.10.2023. through support under the project: “In the circle of the family”, aimed at limiting children’s ability to bake.zast. and increasing the return of children from the care of replacements. The project assumes a complex.and an individual form of support for families from ter. 60 adults (55K) and 90 (45K) children aged 6-18 years, vol. support under 6 TPD PWD, including: min. 6 children from the care of the host. Gr.docel. this 54 families at risk place a child in the care of the fosters and 6 families with a child in the care of zastp. Tasks real.in project: support for families by the Family Pedagog, acting as preventive support and counselling against the danger of placing the child in foster care and supporting the return of children from the care to the home, forms of additional support. support for the genealogy of parents and family counselling, as well as sociotherapy, socio-finan education, raising the key comp. and the potential of 90 children, thanks to the creation of 6 PWD TPD: in the district: Stargard (PS), Kamienski(PK), Gryficki (PG), Pyrzycki(PP), Choszczeński (PCH).
